 Without the LANG forced in the startup item fail2ban doesn't start. I
 think it's an OSX problem but couldn't find another way to fix it.

 Indeed the pf-icefloor.conf didn't change. The M/A/D list looks OK to me.

 There's a lot of changes between 0.8 and 0.9 versions which explains such
 differences.
