New description:

 I see this ticket:49143 and have run into similar issues with other ports
 after the upgrade from 4.8.7_1 to 4.8.7_2.
 Specifically, macports found that freecad was broken.  But, when it
 attempted to rebuild it failed on configure.  As a test I disabled it, and
 then it failed on: SoQt, and then on py27-shiboken.
