Comment:

 Not El Capitan-specific; I see the same on Yosemite. Likely caused by
 adding support for out-of-source builds to the cmake portgroup in r134128.
 This port already does an out-of-source build manually, so it should just
 be updated to use this new cmake portgroup facility.
