 When I use MacVim in split screen mode I get screen artifacts in the
 MacVim window. The window can go all black or get horizontal lines (file
 attached). When I resize the window in split screen mode, sometimes the
 artifacts disappear and reappear as the split is moved. When I move the
 cursor around the window, the correct text is displayed indicating that
 the underlying data is intact (hopefully).
