 The log you've attached is not from a clean build attempt. Could you "sudo
 port clean glib2" and then try again? And attach the new log if it fails
 again?

 The glib2 port is not supposed to require the autoconf port. However, if
 the problem persists, try installing the autoconf port to work around the
 problem until I've had a chance to look into it further.
