Comment:

 The 6.3.1 issue was due to identifiers being incorrect but could be worked
 around by just launching iOS Simulator.app or Xcode.app to trigger the
 change.  Xcode 7 fixed that.

 Also, OS X 10.10.5 and 10.11 no longer requires this.

 There's no reason to keep this ticket open.
