 Until the rsync server is fixed, you can update MacPorts by downloading
 the appropriate OS-X-version-specific installer from the
 [https://www.macports.org/install.php MacPorts web site]. This will not
 erase your installed ports.

 I did not see one, but if you see an error message at the end of the
 installer when it tries to contact the rsync server, you can ignore it;
 MacPorts should still have been successfully updated, which you can verify
 by typing "port version".
