 I never received a response to the problem report I filed in the
 alioth.debian tracker above, and the server still does not appear to be
 delivering the needed file, so I have no further information on solving
 this problem. I suggest you try to get in touch with the developers of the
 software. Maybe you'll have better luck than I did.
