Alright Michael, I did the following:
1. `svn checkout -r 131492
https://svn.macports.org/repository/macports/trunk/dports/python/py-
scipy/`
2. `cd py-scipy`
2. `sudo port install`

I noticed it was trying to fetch 0.16.0... Am I doing something wrong or
is it really trying to install 0.16.0 even though I've specified 0.15.0?
