Comment:

 The rsync server's disk is apparently corrupted. Among other problems
 (#49233, #49224), apparently the zlib portfile has been replaced with the
 autoconf213 portfile. Either wait for the administrator to fix the rsync
 server, or [wiki:howto/SyncingWithSVN reconfigure MacPorts to use the svn
 server] instead.
