 The undeclared identifiers causing the problem are not found in
 {{{/opt/local/include/openjpeg-2.1}}} but are present in
 {{{/opt/local/include/openjpeg-1.5}}} .[[BR]]
 I tested a modified Portfile in my local repository where I changed the
 dependency from openjpeg to openjpeg15 and it worked.
