 port command pulled the original from -- https://github.com/mongodb/mongo-
 tools/tarball/r3.1.9

 Found another one here: https://distfiles.macports.org/mongo-tools/.
 Copied it to the /opt/local/var/macports/distfiles/mongo-tools folder and
 reran install.  Worked fine.
