 This still seems to be a problem in the sense that in the file
 sparseconfig.h the variable HASH_FUN_H has the value <tr1/functional> and
 the variable HASH_NAMESPACE has the value std::tr1.  I have attached the
 build log for sparsehash 2.0.3 on my system.  If I am reading it correctly
 the package builds with clang.
