 This attached patch updates the gnss-sdr port to the latest git versions
 for gnss-sdr-devel and gnss-sdr-next. It fixes a problem in gnss-sdr-next,
 since gr-osmosdr does not link against gnuradio-next. Now the variant
 +osmosdr is not active by default in gnss-sdr-next. It also handles a
 switch from openssl dependency to gnutls.
