 Any idea as to what could have happened in my case?  Am I doing something
 wrong using MacPorts?  I've pretty much been a "passive user" to date,
 doing the

 {{{
 port selfupdate
 port upgrade outdated
 port uninstall inactive
 }}}

 And I also use the

 {{{
 port_cutleaves
 }}}

 script to help prune out stuff I don't use.

 Any ideas?
