 Since the upgrade to OSX 10.11, the users have lost PDFtk and the fix
 proposed by Howarth seems to fix this. I don't understand why we are still
 waiting. At worst we could always revert it, but I am sure that Howarth
 has done the right things and that sooner or later everyone has to go this
 route...
