New description:

 Hi,

 when running

 port upgrade outdated (after a selfupdate) I have the following error
 message:

 {{{
 Error: org.macports.build for port clang-3.4 returned: command execution
 failed
 }}}

 and the log of the error is attached to this email. Is this something
 known?

 Thanks!

 Fab

Comment:

 Interesting: the log says
 {{{
 ld: library not found for -lc++
 }}}
 I thought this only happened with Xcode 7, but the log seems to show
 you're on OS X 10.9, with which Xcode 7 is not compatible. What version of
 Xcode do you have? What variant of the cctools and ld64 ports do you have
 installed?
