New description:
I am on El Capitan and using MacPorts for the first time. What I am trying
to do is "sudo port install amarok". The process fails with libgpod:
{{{
---> Staging libgpod into destroot
Error: org.macports.destroot for port libgpod returned: error renaming
"/opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_multimedia_libgpod/libgpod/work/destroot/opt/local/lib/python2.7":
no such file or directory
Please see the log file for port libgpod for details:
/opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_multimedia_libgpod/libgpod/main.log
}}}
This seems to be a duplicate of #42874 however the solution posted there
(port clean libgpod; port selfupdate; port install amarok) did not solve
the problem.
I have attached the main.log file for libgpod.
