Has duplicate #49422.
This port blacklists clang, and therefore uses llvm-gcc-4.2. It could very
well be that changes were made to the system headers in El Capitan that
llvm-gcc-4.2 does not understand. The fix would be to fix texstudio so
that it can be compiled with clang. This is usually something the
developers of the program would do. In fact they may already have done so;
much newer versions of texstudio already exist. We may merely need to
[ticket:37803 update the port to a newer version].
