 I am unable to install Pymol. I upgraded my MacPorts, did sudo install,
 and sudo clean, but I am getting the following error:

 Error: org.macports.destroot for port pymol returned: command execution
 failed
 Please see the log file for port pymol for details:
 /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_science_pymol/pymol/main.log

 I searched the previous tickets, and see that there have been similar
 reports, but I am unsure of the best/ most current solution. Thank you for
 your help!
