 Initially proposed changes committed in r141727. New Portfile attached
 that updates to 1.4.1 and uses the github portgroup. Note that you were
 not using the github portgroup in the lines you mentioned above.

 Remove unused C flags line which has spurious "i" in it, and is
 overwritten anyway. Also BEM has to be disabled. Add test phase (a few
 tests fail for me). Add livecheck.
