Comment:

 jchrklein, yes, not agreeing to the Xcode license is one possible cause of
 this type of error, but there are other possibilities. We won't know for
 sure until we see the config.log file.

 maisarojas, if you would like help diagnosing this problem, please attach
 your config.log file and re-open this ticket.
