 I've temporarily removed the aarnet mirror from the gnu fetch group in
 r141733; this can be reverted when the server configuration is fixed. I'm
 not sure if any of the other groups aarnet provides mirrors for use pgg
 signature files too; if so, we can temporarily remove aarnet from those
 groups as well.
