 Following the discussion about ticket  #49227, it seems improbable to have
 pdftk in MacPorts, but a new .pkg installer has been created
 (http://stackoverflow.com/questions/32505951/pdftk-server-on-os-x-10-11)
 which seems to work, and it applies the #49227 patches!

 Meanwhile, there is the tool cpdf (http://community.coherentpdf.com/ )
 which could substitute pdftk. I wonder if it can be added to MacPorts.
