 mapserver 7.0.0 is out; the port should probably be updated to this
 version.

 gd support is gone in this version, so the gd dependency and configure
 args and configure patch need to be removed; see
 http://mapserver.org/development/rfc/ms-rfc-99.html.

 This version also uses cmake as its configuration system instead of
 autotools so the cmake portgroup should be used and all the configure args
 will need to be adjusted to cmake standards.

 I started working on this update but haven't gotten very far yet.
