 Nothing.

 Solving this one is really easy: there is no need to add an option for
 this as fcgi is already here, adding  -DWITH_SERVER=TRUE and
 -DWITH_SERVER_PLUGINS=TRUE to configure.args-append is enough and enable
 the mapserver features.
