Comment (by mojca@…):
It's really weird. I injected some debug prints into `tksrc/configure`:
{{{
checking for wxWidgets version >= 2.9.0...
THIS GETS EXECUTED:
'/opt/local/Library/Frameworks/wxWidgets.framework/Versions/wxWidgets/3.0/bin
/wx-config --inplace --version'
AND THIS IS THE REPLY:
Warning: No config found to match:
/opt/local/Library/Frameworks/wxWidgets.framework/Versions/wxWidgets/3.0/bin
/wx-config --inplace --version
in
/opt/local/Library/Frameworks/wxWidgets.framework/Versions/wxWidgets/3.0/lib/wx/config
If you require this configuration, please install the desired
library build. If this is part of an automated configuration
test and no other errors occur, you may safely ignore it.
You may use wx-config --list to see all configs available in
the default prefix.
}}}
It looks as if files provided by the wxWidgets port would not be
accessible during configuration. Or maybe some other trivial tools like
`awk` misbehave when they come from stock Apple. I need help.
(All these experiments were done on 10.7.)
