 Hi,

 Using py34-notebook, when I open a notebook and try some LaTeX with
 \newcommand, it does not work.  A simple example:
 $\newcommand{\foo}{bar}\foo$.

 Yet the logs in the browser include:

 {{{
 [Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404
 (Not Found) (newcommand.js, line 0)
 [Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404
 (Not Found) (jquery.min.map, line 0)
 [Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404
 (Not Found) (backbone-min.map, line 0)
 }}}

 As you can see, newcommand.js is not very it is expected to be.  I have no
 idea if the two other errors are benign, but I guess they should be
 checked too.
