Comment:

 Since version 4.0.0 (aka Big Split) IPython no longer support notebook
 (IPython was renamed to Jupyter and splitted to a bunch of smaller
 packages) . To enable notebook support please install appropriate py-
 notebook package or use meta-package py-jupyter. This issue was mentioned
 in upgrade notes (if you read them).
