Comment:

 It looks like the server http://www.cis.nctu.edu.tw/~is85005/ is no longer
 providing the "vproc_priv.h" or "18" distfiles and this should be removed
 from the master_sites. I'm not sure where these files came from originally
 or if they are available elsewhere; the "18" file was mirrored by the
 [http://distfiles.macports.org/screen/ MacPorts distfiles server] but
 "vproc_priv.h" was not. I've uploaded them to my server and could host
 them there if needed; see attached patch.
