 I am guessing that you are following instructions on the [[Migration]]
 page after upgrading your OS, and getting this error after attempting step
 3e. However, the error message you're getting suggests that MacPorts isn't
 properly installed on your computer (or if it is, then it's not in the
 default location).

 It would be useful if you would tell us what exactly you are trying to do.
