 rpy2 uses a feature called "singledispatch" which is new in python-3.4. A
 singledispatch module is available for Python 2.6 - 3.3. Here I provide a
 new portfile for py-singledispatch and a patch for py-rpy2 to include this
 dependency. Without py27-singledispatch, py27-rpy2 fails to run.
