 Here is a second version I added the pbranch variable for perl. But I do
 not know what I should do precisely for initltool.

 use it. In fact, I'll bet this dependency is only there because of
 intltool; as such, the dependency should be removed, and the usual autogen
 fix that we've been employing for ports using intltool 0.51 and later
 should be used instead.
