 gnuplot and a handful of other packages are failing to build on El Capitan
 with GM 7.0 developer tools installed as well.

 I have add 4.9 selected as it failed with 5.0 first.

 I'm not knowledgeable enough to fix, but can send the entire log file and
 help support by trying various things to see if they work.
