 Only non-standart prefix for macports: /opt/macports. Also i have
 "/usr/include" that point to:
 "Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/MacOSX.platform/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.10.sdk".
 Maybe this helps?
