 It sounds like an Apple bug; nothing we can do about it in MacPorts.

 You can reinstall Xcode 6 by downloading it from the
 [http://developer.apple.com/downloads/ Apple developer downloads] web
 page. You can tell MacPorts to use it by selecting it with `xcode-select`.
