 At my suggestion, the developer of tidy renamed some of the include files
 so their names aren't so generic. But this means that some ports will fail
 to build because they use the old include file names. php##-tidy is one
 such example. I'll be fixing these, it'll just take me awhile to get
 through all the ports so I can commit everything at once.
