 nghttp2 has been updated to version 1.3.4:
 * Make traditional init script fail if new config file is broken
 * nghttpx-logrotate: Don't use killall since we have multiple processes
 * nghttpx: Fix improper signal handling

 Note: patch is on top of #48961 (not committed at this time)
