 highlight @3.16.1 (currently in MacPorts) is no longer compatible with Lua
 @5.3.1 (currently in MacPorts).
 The latest version of highlight (3.23) is available on the master website,
 and here is my updated Portfile. files/patch-makefile.diff @3.16.1 still
 works for 3.23.
