 I realise that my ticket is a duplicate of
 https://trac.macports.org/ticket/47832. My workaround so far has been to
 install numpy with pip :

 {{{
 sudo -H
 /opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/3.4/bin/pip
 install numpy
 }}}

 Everything works fine.
