It's this type of problem: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/14104298
/clang-boostspirit-and-c11
So it sounds like we either have to require C++11 support (i.e. use the
cxx11 1.0 portgroup), or else define `BOOST_NO_VARIADIC_TEMPLATES` as
suggested in that stack overflow question, though that might be a global
setting for boost which might negatively affect other ports that actually
need variadic templates.
