Comment:

 Nothing to do here. The configuration warnings quoted are a suggestion to
 the upstream developers to add these macro files to the tarball.  In the
 meantime, although it's not apparent from this message, aclocal copies
 these files to aclocal.m4 as necessary during the (re)-configuration
 process.

 The second message reported can also be ignored. gcr (as used in seahorse,
 for example) works for me as installed.
