 Hi,

 When I run "sudo port upgrade outdated".  I got the following error.  Now
 I cannot run jupyter.  Thanks for help in advance.

 registered port.  Unable to activate port py27-jupyter_core. Use 'port -f
 activate py27-jupyter_core' to force the activation.
