Comment:

 Fix committed in r147558. Adds variants +gtk3 +qt, both disabled by
 default to prevent opportunistic configuration. These variants add GTK3
 X11/GL and Qt5 Mac windowing elements respectively.  Revision incremented
 to ensure a repeatable build.
