 I've managed to much improve the 'bitcoin' portfile, thanks to help from
 people on the IRC channel (above all Raim) and a lot of work. The
 following enhancements have been made.

 * GUI now builds correctly
 * Parallel build now works fine (enabled)
 * Daemon now runs system-wide (daemon uses dedicated 'bitcoin'
 user/group), GUI per-user
 * Daemon uses system-wide config in ${prefix} and GUI uses per use config
 in ~/Library/Applicaiton Support
 * Added launchd support for daemon
 * Added (default) variant for enabling wallet
