 Remember to use WikiFormatting when writing on Trac.

 The terminal output you pasted shows a failure to fetch the libcxx
 archive, but as you can see, it's there:
 https://packages.macports.org/libcxx/?C=M;O=D

 Please attach (not paste) the file
 /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_lang_libcxx/libcxx/main.log
 to this ticket; hopefully its contents will explain why the fetch failed.
