 This is still causing problems, clearly. How about we add "notes" to all
 Python versions to "Please install pyNN-readline if you will be using
 Python interactively (from the command line)." Would that make everyone
 happy -- and hopefully help people get working software.  Delivering
 broken tools that we know are broken is just bad form.
