 ffmpeg has now been updated to version 3.0.1 so I'd like to get these
 issues resolved so that update can be committed.  With that in mind, I'm
 going to start pushing on the ports that remain broken with version 3.0+.
 If you maintain one of these ports please check to see if your upstream
 developers have dealt with the issue yet or at least give them a push.
