 While working on libextractor ffmpeg issues earlier today, I noticed that
 libextractor will configure with libsmf to provide midi support if it is
 available.  Doesn't seem to be an obvious way to disable this during
 configure so adding a dependency on libsmf is probably the easiest
 solution.
