 This is a bug; I removed that sty file to prevent a conflict in TeX Live
 2014 (http://www.tug.org/pipermail/tex-live/2014-May/035449.html) and
 forgot to add it back in 2015.

 Not sure exactly which file you are looking for, can you clarify?
